You can request the deletion of your Bast Tarot account and all associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

Send an email to the address below from the account you use to sign in to the App — Google or Apple (or describe your account so we can locate it; if you used Apple's "Hide My Email", mention the approximate sign-up date):

Subject line: "Delete my account"

We will verify the request and delete your account and data, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

Your account (anonymous, Google, or Apple sign-in) and authentication data
Your synced readings, spreads, questions, and AI reading results
Your credit balance and credit history
Your lesson and learning progress
Your push notification token

Journal notes written on your device are stored locally — uninstalling the App removes them.

What may be retained

Purchase records processed by Google Play, the Apple App Store, and RevenueCat, as required for accounting and fraud prevention, according to their own retention policies
Aggregated, anonymized analytics that cannot be linked back to you

Timing

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered — credits and reading history are permanently lost.
